Nuppo License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Supremis Financial Services s.r.o. (Company ID 23190329), Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (“we”). By installing or using Nuppo, you agree to it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nuppo.

1. Free trial

You can use the full version of Nuppo free for 14 days. After that, you need a license to keep using it.

2. Your license

When you buy Nuppo, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it:

• One license is for one person. You can use it on up to 3 Macs that you personally use, for personal or work purposes.
• It’s a one-time purchase. Your license doesn’t expire, and it includes all updates to Nuppo 1.x. A future major version (2.0) will be a separate purchase.
• You can move your license to another Mac by deactivating it on the old one (Nuppo menu → License… → Deactivate on This Mac).

Companies buying Nuppo for several people need one license per person.

3. What you can’t do

You may not:

• share, sell, rent or publish your license key,
• get around the license check or the trial,
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer Nuppo, except where the law allows it regardless of this agreement,
• redistribute Nuppo or any part of it.

4. No refunds

Because you can try the full version of Nuppo free for 14 days before you buy, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires them.

Your license key is delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

5. Payments and taxes

Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payments, invoices and sales tax/VAT. Polar’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

6. Your data

Nuppo works locally on your Mac. See our Privacy Policy for what little data is sent over the internet.

7. No warranty

We work hard to make Nuppo reliable, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer, such as your rights if Nuppo is defective.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Nuppo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break this agreement. In that case, you must stop using Nuppo and delete it.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If you’re a consumer, you can also resolve a dispute with us out of court. In the Czech Republic, the body responsible for this is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz).
